Team Leader Maintenance (6:00am to 6:00pm) B Shift

Location: Onsite industrial maintenance role; specific location not stated. B shift: 6:00am to 6:00pm.

Salary: $34–$39 per hour, plus a $1.00 shift differential.

What you will do

• Lead daily maintenance activities, assign work, communicate goals, and coordinate team schedules.
• Perform and assign preventive maintenance, work orders, equipment repairs, and hands-on maintenance tasks.
• Lead or participate in maintenance, process improvement, problem resolution, and lean projects.
• Train employees, conduct safety sweeps, and support safe maintenance operations.
• Manage contractors, tools, equipment, spare parts, and the maintenance parts cage.
• Support efficient operations that meet production demand, customer requirements, and performance targets.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment involving mechanical and electrical/electronic equipment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and schematics.
• Ability to lead and coordinate diverse maintenance activities under pressure and during emergency situations.
• Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability, including corrective and preventive actions.

Nice to have

• Experience with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Previous team leadership experience.
• Completed or in-progress college degree.
