Associate Director, Product Management

Location: Remote within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $138,900–$191,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead the Product Management function for Associate Technology Experience and establish product standards, expectations, and accountability.
• Hire, coach, develop, and manage Product Managers while building a high-performing product organization.
• Improve product discovery, prioritization, roadmap development, decision-making, governance, and operating practices.
• Integrate customer research, experience measurement, analytics, operational insights, and market trends into product investment decisions.
• Define product performance frameworks, including health indicators, adoption metrics, customer experience signals, and business outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Research, Analytics, Operations, and other leaders on strategy, tradeoffs, go-to-market, and product lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years of progressive Product Management experience, including discovery, roadmaps, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and outcome measurement.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and talent development.
• Experience leading Product Managers for enterprise technology products, services, platforms, or vendor-enabled solutions.
• Experience developing product practices, operating models, governance, performance measurement, and product organizations.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder influence, and written, verbal, and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with employee experiences, digital workplace capabilities, service management, knowledge management, onboarding, productivity, or workplace technology.
• Experience with AI-enabled products, copilots, intelligent assistants, or enterprise productivity technologies.
• Experience leading Product Operations capabilities and working in large, highly matrixed organizations.
• MBA or advanced degree in business, technology, product management, human-centered design, or a related field.
