Sr Engineer Production Control (AI & Data Analytics)

Location: Malta, New York, United States; onsite semiconductor manufacturing site

Salary: $69,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Support production planning, new product introduction, and manufacturing execution initiatives.
• Analyze production data and develop reporting tools to improve delivery performance and operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with Customer Engineering, Integration, and Line Control teams on product launches and factory readiness.
• Lead and support continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, efficiency, and manufacturing excellence.
• Apply AI and data-driven analytics using Microsoft tools, SQL, and Python to support business decisions.
• Follow environmental, health, safety, and security requirements and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• English fluency required for written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

• Experience with data analytics, reporting tools, and manufacturing systems.
