VOE Territory Liaison - Remote in South Market - GA, TX, OK, or FL

Location: Remote, but candidates must reside and perform their work in Georgia, Florida, Texas, or Oklahoma. Home office listed as Georgia. Occasional weekend work and 30% travel required.

What you will do

• Support territory- and area-specific volunteer recruitment strategies and provide hands-on recruitment assistance.
• Build relationships with community groups, companies, local organizations, key volunteers, and volunteer leaders.
• Support stewardship, networking, communications, events, and year-round volunteer engagement activities.
• Coordinate local recognition efforts, including National Volunteer Week activities and other volunteer recognition events.
• Partner with VOE Advisors and Territory Area Leads to apply frameworks, tools, templates, training, and best practices.
• Use dashboards, surveys, volunteer feedback, and engagement insights to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Must reside and work in Georgia, Florida, Texas, or Oklahoma.
• Availability for a full-time Monday–Friday schedule, occasional weekends, and 30% travel.
• Experience working in an hirify.global territory is preferred.
