Manufacturing Tech, Mon-Fri, 6 am to 2:30 pm

Location: Bedford, Massachusetts, United States; onsite manufacturing environment. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm.

Salary: $22–$26 per hour, depending on experience, plus shift differential.

What you will do

• Set up, operate, shut down, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment.
• Analyze process and test data to maintain quality, yield, and production efficiency.
• Use HMIs, SCADA, and statistical process controls to identify and correct process shifts.
• Prepare raw materials, complete membrane batches, and manage material and quality transactions in computer systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical errors, safety issues, and operating inefficiencies while implementing corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Support product and process development, equipment and process validations, SOP updates, continuous improvement, and operator training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow documented processes, procedures, work orders, specifications, and SOPs.
• Basic math, computer data entry, measuring device, and hand-tool skills.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift, work in a cleanroom, climb a four-foot ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work safely around moving mechanical parts, electrical hazards, noise, metal powders, isopropyl alcohol, and deionized water while wearing required PPE.
