Manufacturing Technician II - Sterile Filling (Dayshift)

Location: West Chester, Ohio, United States; onsite manufacturing and cleanroom production areas

Salary: $21.50–$32.00 per hour

What you will do

• Operate, assemble, disassemble, adjust, and sanitize sterile filling equipment.
• Perform filter integrity testing, line clearances, in-process monitoring, cosmetic inspections, and material flow activities.
• Complete SCADA, HMI, batch record, GMP documentation, inventory, and reconciliation entries.
• Support aseptic operations, media fills, line interventions, environmental monitoring, and cleanroom housekeeping.
• Assist with preventive maintenance, validation and engineering protocols, 5S, problem-solving, and process improvement.
• Maintain required certifications, including aseptic gowning qualification, and participate in cross-training and daily tier meetings.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment; experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to interpret SOPs, batch records, and work instructions.
• Accurate documentation, data entry, batch record, and logbook completion skills.
• Basic mathematical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process or documentation deviations.
• Ability to follow written procedures with minimal supervision and work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to work in classified cleanroom areas, complete aseptic gowning qualification, pass an onboarding eye exam, and meet occupational health requirements.

Nice to have

• High school, vocational school, or equivalent education.
• Working knowledge of cGMP principles and lean manufacturing.
• Experience with Microsoft applications, SAP, or Veeva Vault.
