Bilingual Advanced Practice Provider - Virtual Urgent Care

Location: Remote from one of these U.S. states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events.

Salary: $116,400–$152,775 per year, plus employee benefits, vacation, and performance bonuses.

Oscar Medical Group is refactoring healthcare through personalized virtual care and digital healthcare delivery.

What you will do

• Provide medical care virtually by phone and messaging through Oscar's platform.
• Diagnose, treat, and follow up with members through virtual care.
• Deliver patient care according to Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices, and policies.
• Improve the efficiency and quality of care delivery.
• Ensure patient access to virtual urgent care services.
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and providers across primary care and health assessment service lines.

Requirements

• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner qualification from an accredited program.
• Board certification: ANCC for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistant-Certified for PAs.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency, including reading, writing, and speaking; successful completion of a verbal and written fluency assessment is required.
• Current full-practice licensure in at least three of Florida, Texas, Ohio, New Jersey, or Georgia at the time of application.
• Ability to obtain licenses in additional states with Oscar's assistance.
• At least 3 years of experience in primary care, urgent care, emergency care, or outpatient family medicine, plus at least 2 years of telehealth experience.

• Licensure in additional Oscar Medical Group states, including Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, North Carolina, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, or Virginia.
