Advanced Practice Provider - Virtual Urgent Care

Location: Remote from one of these U.S. states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Work is performed from a home office; occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events.

Salary: $122,220–$152,775 per year, plus employee benefits and performance bonuses.

Oscar Medical Group is refactoring healthcare through personalized, technology-enabled care delivery.

What you will do

• Provide virtual medical care by phone and messaging through Oscar's platform.
• Deliver patient care according to Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices, and policies.
• Improve the efficiency and quality of virtual care delivery.
• Ensure patient access to Virtual Urgent Care services.
• Collaborate with medical assistants, registered nurses, and providers across primary care and health assessment services.

Requirements

• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner qualification from an accredited program.
• Board certification: ANCC for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistant-Certified for Physician Assistants.
• Current full-practice licensure in at least three of Florida, Texas, Ohio, New Jersey, or Georgia at the time of application.
• Ability to obtain additional state licenses with support from the company and its licensing vendor.
• At least three years of experience in primary care, urgent care, emergency medicine, or outpatient family medicine.
• At least two years of telehealth experience.
