RN Clinical Navigator (Telemedicine)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must hold a compact state license or live in an eligible state.

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage communications between patients and physicians, including related documentation, medical referrals, and FSA letters.
• Review, triage, and escalate patient and physician issues in collaboration with clinical, operations, and customer service teams.
• Provide clinical feedback on medication, laboratory, side-effect, and other treatment-related questions.
• Support physicians in resolving patient care issues promptly and maintaining a high-quality patient experience.
• Follow established clinical protocols while identifying opportunities to improve operational processes.
• Take on additional clinical projects and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Licensed RN with a compact state license or residence in an eligible state.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy and quality.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, frequently changing, and unstructured environment.
• Ability to use clinical judgment, solve problems creatively, and work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfort with technology platforms including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Meet, and Slack.
• At least 3 years of experience working with physicians and/or patients in a healthcare setting is preferred, ideally in telemedicine.
