Staff Product Manager, Experimentation (AI)

Location: New York City, hybrid

Salary: $129,000–$161,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for experimentation capabilities used by marketing teams.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, technical specifications, PRDs, and incremental releases.
• Lead development of reinforcement learning capabilities and AI-enabled experiment workflows.
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering to establish data infrastructure, measurement systems, and feedback loops.
• Define experimentation guardrails, including frequency caps, exposure limits, and statistical validity thresholds.
• Align Product, Engineering, MarTech, Data, Analytics, and business stakeholders while driving adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of product management or product strategy experience, ideally in platform or infrastructure products.
• Experience shipping complex, cross-functional products and building measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with data-driven platforms using data infrastructure, feature stores, measurement systems, and reporting frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of experimentation practices, quantitative analysis, metrics, and statistical validity.
• Ability to work with Data Science on applied machine learning and predictive models in production.
• Strong business acumen, executive communication, and cross-functional influence in regulated or high-stakes consumer environments.

Nice to have

• Direct experience building product roadmaps for experimentation platforms.
• Experience in marketing technology, loyalty and rewards, promotions, or lifecycle marketing platforms.
