Product Designer, End User Experience (Autofill)

Location: Remote, candidates must be based in the United States, with a preference for time zones overlapping with the U.S. East Coast.

What you will do

• Design autofill experiences for individual, Premium, Families, and Business users across browser extensions, desktop, iOS, and Android.
• Improve autofill for logins, passkeys, verification codes, payment cards, and identity information.
• Design prompts for saving new logins and updating changed passwords.
• Address complex cases such as multi-step logins, unusual forms, platform limitations, and unsupported autofill scenarios.
• Create user flows, prototypes, and production-ready designs using the hirify.global design system and AI design tools.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design partners; conduct interviews, usability tests, critiques, and feedback reviews.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product design experience or equivalent experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital product design work.
• Strong interaction design skills, including sketching, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with component-based design systems.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, V0, or Figma AI, including effective prompt writing.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, online privacy, open source, accessibility, and the usability and trust challenges of AI features.

Nice to have

• Experience designing autofill, password management, authentication, browser extensions, or cybersecurity products.
• Familiarity with iOS and Android autofill frameworks, native platform conventions, passkeys, and login or checkout forms.
• Experience designing AI-powered features.
• Familiarity with Angular component libraries and WCAG accessibility guidelines.
