Data Engineer & Analyst (HR Data)

Location: Portugal, with a hybrid remote/office arrangement (Lisbon, Amadora, and Porto are referenced)

What you will do

• Design and maintain dbt and SQL transformation layers for the HR Data Hub.
• Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards supporting HR and Operations decisions.
• Implement data governance practices and monitor data quality across structured and unstructured data.
• Lead or support migration of legacy pipelines to modern cloud infrastructure.
• Automate repetitive data processing and reporting tasks using Python or SQL procedures.
• Document data models and processes and maintain a central knowledge base.

Requirements

• Experience working across both Data Engineering and Data Analysis responsibilities.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and Python.
• Experience with modern data warehousing, especially Snowflake, and data transformation with dbt.
• Experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools.
• Background in Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Fluent English required; C2 level is preferred.
