What you will do

• Oversee search performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
• Lead paid search strategy and campaign execution in alignment with client goals.
• Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable business recommendations.
• Manage client relationships and align paid search with broader PR, social, and programmatic initiatives.
• Plan budgets, monitor monthly spend, and drive efficient resource allocation.
• Mentor and manage team members while promoting testing, innovation, and professional growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of paid search experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience, including mentoring, training, and coaching.
• Advanced experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Expertise in keyword research, ad copy optimization, bidding strategies, budget planning, and ROI analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and SQL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and client management skills.
