Senior IT Auditor (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Irving, Texas, with an expectation of 3 days per week in the Irving office; up to 20% travel.

What you will do

• Review process documentation and operating procedures to identify technology and business risks.
• Scope audits and conduct comprehensive tests of control design and operating effectiveness.
• Coordinate between IT, Internal Audit, and other control groups to align audit processes and findings.
• Document audit work and findings in TeamMate+ and deliver clear reports to support decision-making.
• Provide advisory services and support the implementation of control improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
• Handle special assignments, maintain business and industry knowledge, and engage with senior management during travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant experience in IT or cybersecurity, or 2–4 years of internal or external audit experience.
• Current CISA or a commitment to pass the CISA exam within the first year.
• IT audit experience with strong technology skills in cybersecurity, network security, engineering, or development.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, follow-up, and follow-through skills.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Experience in financial services or with a Big Four firm.
• Familiarity with TeamMate+, RSA Archer, and Power BI.
