Youth Services Specialist

Location: Neptune City, New Jersey, USA; first shift, onsite

Salary: USD 30 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct intake interviews and needs assessments for youth participants, especially Opportunity Youth ages 18–24.
• Develop action plans addressing employment, education, and skill-development goals.
• Facilitate youth workshops, job-readiness activities, mentoring, and coaching.
• Connect participants with supportive services such as mental health, housing, and childcare resources.
• Monitor progress, update service plans, and maintain accurate case-management documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external youth-service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Youth Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience working with disconnected or vulnerable youth populations.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and group-facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed and youth-centered service models.
• Ability to work onsite in Neptune City, New Jersey, USA, on the first shift.
