Contract Student Worker - Charging Infrastructure Partnerships

Zoox is an autonomous ridehailing company developing a fully electric, purpose-built robotaxi.

What you will do

• Create and manage cross-functional review documents and internal follow-ups.
• Draft initial partnership review presentations.
• Manage post-contract execution tasks, including accounting documents and internal tracking.
• Track Amazon purchase guarantees and update internal trackers.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing workflows with AI.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant B.S. or M.S. program.
• Basic financial modeling skills in Excel.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Experience with AI platforms; Claude is preferred.
• Available for a minimum three-month assignment and at least 20 hours per week.
• Must be able to work on-site at an office location and comply with Zoox confidentiality requirements.
