Senior Data Analyst (SQL/Tableau)

Location: Bentonville Home Office, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $80,000–$155,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Analyze large, messy, disparate datasets and conduct ad hoc analyses for critical business decisions.
• Create ETL processes that pull data from multiple sources and centralize it into usable tables.
• Develop Tableau dashboards and other data visualizations to monitor performance and quantify the impact of business changes.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Product, and other cross-functional teams on data accuracy, completeness, and latency.
• Analyze stakeholder needs and communicate relevant findings and recommendations.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills and the ability to manipulate data across multiple tables while maintaining data integrity.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, a relevant master's degree, or 4 years of relevant experience without a degree requirement.
• Experience with data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field.
• Ability to understand business problems, identify root causes, and communicate effectively across functions.
• Experience with supply chain, last-mile delivery, or parcel delivery is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience creating impactful Tableau dashboards with a user-experience focus.
• Experience in retail, merchandising, healthcare, or e-commerce.
• Experience with Python, Spark, Scala, R, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Master’s degree in a relevant analytical, business, engineering, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or information technology field.
