What you will do

• Lead analytics support requests across websites, dashboards, and reporting platforms.
• Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and visualizations for government stakeholders.
• Analyze disparate data sources to identify performance trends, audience behavior, and content insights.
• Automate recurring analytical processes and reporting workflows to improve scalability and consistency.
• Support reliable data collection and performance measurement across web properties.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders to improve content, user experience, and digital service performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or digital analytics.
• Experience creating dashboards and visualizations with Tableau, Google Data Studio, Shiny, or similar tools.
• Strong experience with data extraction, manipulation, reporting, performance analysis, and multiple data sources.
• Experience with Qualtrics, Google Analytics, or related digital measurement platforms.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and work effectively in a federal digital services environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with federal digital communications, web analytics, customer experience measurement, or public-facing digital services.
• Experience integrating data sources for content strategy, customer experience, or digital product optimization.
• Experience automating analytical workflows or reporting pipelines.
• SQL, R, Python, or related analytical and programming tools.
• Experience with dashboard migration or digital experience optimization.
