VDC Process Intern (Revit)

Location: Eagan, Minnesota, United States; regular in-person work is required at the headquarters, with limited hybrid flexibility potentially available after onboarding.

Salary: $53,248.00–$59,633.60 annually.

What you will do

• Review electrical Revit models using quality-control checklists and guidance from the VDC Process Manager.
• Document review findings and communicate correction or follow-up items to project leads and the VDC Process Manager.
• Organize project files, Revit families, templates, and department reference materials.
• Review, format, and update department standards, VDC standard operating procedures, and project GO-BY materials.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and process-improvement projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in Construction Technology, Engineering Technology, Architectural/BIM Technology, Electrical Design, or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in electrical construction, BIM/VDC, Revit modeling, construction technology, or process improvement.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to follow checklists and established instructions.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
• Ability to commute to the Eagan, Minnesota office and work in person regularly.

Nice to have

• Coursework, personal projects, or previous exposure to Autodesk Revit.
• Exposure to Navisworks, Revizto, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Interest in electrical systems, construction drawings, or construction coordination.
• Experience organizing information, following documented processes, or creating clear instructions.
