VDC Manager (BIM)

Location: Remote within the United States; listed address: New York, NY. US work authorization is required.

Salary: $95,000–$115,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead multiple BIM and VDC projects from kickoff through completion, managing delivery timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction.
• Integrate Lean principles into BIM workflows to improve efficiency, reduce rework, and strengthen project outcomes.
• Own client relationships, lead coordination meetings, present technical insights, and deliver project solutions.
• Mentor VDC Engineers and BIM Specialists while establishing best practices and improving team productivity.
• Explore and implement 4D/5D simulations, point cloud integration, AR/VR, and advanced automation tools.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in BIM and VDC workflows, including modeling, coordination, and clash detection.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Leadership capability to develop teams and drive results in fast-paced environments.
• Continuous-improvement, innovation, ownership, and systems-oriented mindset.
• US work authorization required.
