Regional Controller

Location: Loveland, Colorado, United States; office-based role with occasional national travel of approximately 25%

Salary: $109,100.00–$145,433.33 per year

What you will do

• Manage the finance and accounting department and supervise the regional accounting center.
• Perform accurate and timely monthly financial close and monthly balance-sheet reconciliations.
• Develop annual regional budgets and quarterly financial forecasts.
• Prepare operational reviews and provide financial information for external reporting.
• Support regional management, sales, and operations teams with financial direction.
• Hire, develop, manage, and provide feedback and training to direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, inventory, costing, general ledger, and financial analysis.
• Strong prioritization, organization, communication, and process-improvement skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in an office environment in Loveland and travel nationally approximately 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
• CPA or CMA certification.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
