Engineer, Global Identity and Access Management (Saviynt)

Location: Remote within Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 105,000–130,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, configure, and deploy Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration capabilities for identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, access requests, certifications, and policy enforcement.
• Develop and maintain joiner-mover-leaver workflows, access review campaigns, segregation-of-duties policies, and automated provisioning processes.
• Provide L2/L3 support for provisioning, entitlement, and access issues and resolve complex IAM challenges with vendors.
• Collaborate with Security, HR, IT Operations, and application owners to align IAM solutions with business and compliance requirements.
• Integrate applications, directories, and cloud platforms into the IAM framework while documenting technical designs and operational runbooks.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of IAM experience, including at least 3 years implementing and supporting Saviynt IGA solutions.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management, RBAC, access governance, application onboarding, certification campaigns, SOX, and GDPR.
• Experience integrating Saviynt with Active Directory, GCP, Entra ID, HR systems, and cloud applications; familiarity with Delinea PAM solutions.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, SAML, OIDC, connector frameworks, PowerShell, and Java, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Saviynt Certified IGA Professional certification.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud.
