Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer (PAM) (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of servers, applications, databases, service accounts, and privileged accounts into the BeyondTrust PAM ecosystem.
• Configure and administer BeyondTrust Password Safe, Secrets Safe, Privileged Remote Access, and related capabilities.
• Implement credential vaulting, password rotation, privileged access controls, session management, and approval workflows.
• Conduct account discovery, onboarding assessments, dependency reviews, remediation planning, and troubleshooting across enterprise infrastructure.
• Develop automation and integrations using PowerShell, Python, Bash, REST APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, database, security, and technology teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in IAM, PAM, cybersecurity engineering, or infrastructure engineering, including 3+ years of hands-on PAM experience.
• Experience with BeyondTrust, or equivalent platforms such as CyberArk, Delinea, or HashiCorp Vault.
• Strong knowledge of privileged account management, credential vaulting, password rotation, least privilege, and access governance.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux/Unix, SQL Server, Oracle, enterprise infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell, Python, Bash, and REST APIs.
• Experience integrating PAM with Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OIDC, MFA, AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud environments; familiarity with regulated environments and security certifications is required.
