Maintenance Technician (HVAC)

Location: N. Florissant Road; applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States. The role requires on-site building maintenance, rotating after-hours emergency response, and a valid driver’s license.

What you will do

• Maintain and operate mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, life-safety, and other building systems.
• Handle tenant comfort calls, routine repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, and building operating procedures.
• Monitor service contractors, coordinate and escort vendor visits, and communicate technical concerns to management.
• Respond to rotating after-hours emergency calls and support tenant equipment, furniture, and box moves.
• Track work requests, maintenance activity, inventory, and supplies in a computerized maintenance management system.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while promoting a safe building environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with HVAC mechanical concepts, basic electrical work, and basic plumbing.
• High school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of hand and power tool safety.
• Customer service, verbal and written communication, computer, work-order, and record-keeping skills.
• Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, ability to lift 50 pounds, and ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
