Vice President, Integrated Testing & Tooling (Fintech)

Location: Fort Mill/Charlotte, United States; hybrid

Salary: $135,960–$226,600 per year

What you will do

• Lead integrated User Acceptance Testing and end-to-end testing across the Product Development Lifecycle.
• Design and validate test scenarios for advisor workflows, business-critical processes, releases, enhancements, and platform conversions.
• Establish UAT methodologies, testing standards, acceptance criteria, stage gates, metrics, and release-readiness reporting.
• Own testing and delivery-efficiency platforms including Zephyr, JIRA, and Confluence, including roadmaps, integrations, adoption, and administration.
• Coordinate subject matter experts, cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, environments, schedules, dependencies, and test data.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, AI-enabled capabilities, governance, training, and a UAT community of practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in UAT leadership, integrated testing, end-to-end testing, quality assurance, or related disciplines.
• Experience designing and executing UAT and integrated test scenarios across complex, business-critical workflows.
• Experience coordinating testing across a matrixed organization and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience developing working knowledge of business applications, platforms, and operational workflows.
• Ability to align testing with regulatory, security, risk, and audit requirements.

Nice to have

• MBA or relevant master’s degree.
• Experience owning or administering Zephyr, JIRA, and Confluence, including configuration, integration, and adoption.
• Experience in regulated financial services, large-scale platform conversions, or migrations.
• Experience defining testing metrics, acceptance criteria, readiness standards, and data-driven quality reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for presenting testing risks and recommendations to senior leaders.
