UAT Administrator

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, California, United States; hybrid opportunity

Salary: $24.00–$28.00 per hour

What you will do

• Execute predefined test scripts and support regression, smoke, and user acceptance testing.
• Document test results, maintain testing evidence, and create test data.
• Log, track, and retest defects and enhancement requests in Jira.
• Prepare testing environments and support release readiness and project implementations.
• Monitor testing progress, assist with status reporting, and coordinate testing sessions and meetings.
• Support analysts, manage support tickets, and validate manual rating programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0–2 years of administrative, customer service, technical support, insurance, or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Rancho Cucamonga, California.

Nice to have

• Associate degree.
• Insurance industry experience.
• Exposure to software testing, quality assurance, or project coordination.
• Experience with Jira or similar tracking tools.
