EHS Manager for PFS FS SG-EU

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon/Amadora, Portugal; remote work allowed only when in Portugal. Availability to travel to sites and internationally for approximately 20% of the time.

What you will do

• Drive initiatives that strengthen the organization’s safety culture and support the Zero Harm framework.
• Lead and support EHS training initiatives focused on awareness, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze EHS data and report incident statistics to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Advise on environmental, health, and safety matters and support regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate EQS community meetings to promote information exchange and updates.
• Support root cause analyses of EHS events and track corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, environmental engineering, or another technical field.
• CAP level VI certification as a Senior Occupational Health and Safety Professional from the Portuguese Authority for Working Conditions (ACT).
• 3–6 years of experience in high-risk activities, including cranes and lifting, machine guarding, and energy isolation.
• Experience with EHS management systems, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, auditing, and root cause investigation.
• Good written and spoken Portuguese and English.
• Ability to travel to sites and internationally approximately 20% of the time.

Nice to have

• Good level of French.
• Training as a specialist in occupational safety.
