EHS Manager

Location: Onsite at PRT - Alcochete - D390, Portugal

What you will do

• Define and implement the occupational risk prevention and protection management system.
• Develop risk assessments and plan preventive and protective measures.
• Coordinate occupational health and safety activities and provide technical guidance to safety professionals.
• Manage external prevention and protection resources and maintain required documentation.
• Train workers and relevant parties on workplace safety and environmental issues.
• Monitor environmental measures, resolve non-conformities, and implement corrective, preventive, and improvement actions.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Engineering or Environmental Science.
• Level V Professional Certificate (CAP) as an Occupational Health and Safety Technician.
• More than one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Environmental Management Systems training of more than 16 hours.
• Communication, teamwork, analytical skills, resilience under stress, interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and a strong focus on safety.
