Transformation Portfolio and Governance Manager

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America

Salary: $175,000–$190,000 annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for US candidates.

What you will do

• Own the authoritative inventory of Global Revenue Operations transformation initiatives, including objectives, scope, owners, milestones, dependencies, investments, risks, outcomes, and benefits.
• Design and run portfolio governance processes covering intake, qualification, prioritization, health reviews, executive decisions, annual planning, change control, and closeout.
• Create integrated roadmaps, dependency views, executive scorecards, and portfolio narratives that clarify health, risks, trade-offs, decisions, and corrective actions.
• Track value realization by connecting delivered capabilities with revenue, margin, cash, productivity, experience, adoption, and risk outcomes.
• Lead portfolio-level communications and coordinate stakeholder messaging across program managers, functional owners, management of change, and communication teams.
• Facilitate prioritization and trade-off discussions while continuously improving the portfolio operating model, standards, templates, and reporting discipline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, finance, operations, engineering, information systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, portfolio management, strategy and operations, business planning, PMO, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience managing complex portfolios across multiple functions, regions, or business units.
• Experience with strategic planning, investment governance, financial interlocks, benefits realization, executive reviews, and formal change control.
• Strong analytical, financial, executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Working knowledge of transformation delivery, program management, management of change, process architecture, data governance, technology dependencies, and enterprise portfolio tools such as Smartsheet or Power BI.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Advanced experience with Smartsheet, Power BI, or comparable enterprise portfolio platforms.
