Manager, Order Management

Location: El Segundo, California, hybrid; must work from the El Segundo office at least 60% of the time

Base salary: $90,000–$95,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus plan

What you will do

• Manage purchase orders, stock availability, cancellations, extensions, tracking, acknowledgments, invoicing, and order updates in the ERP.
• Coordinate sales, fulfillment operations, warehouse teams, demand planning, and global markets to support timely order execution.
• Oversee global fulfillment routing, drop shipments, shipment cut-offs, ship windows, delivery requirements, and billing issue resolution.
• Respond to customer inquiries and investigate shipping, routing, product availability, quantity, quality, and lead-time issues.
• Troubleshoot WMS/ERP integration and EDI transmission issues, support EDI onboarding, and integrate delivery metrics into the ERP.
• Analyze fill rates and lead projects to optimize workflows, improve warehouse routing, reduce manual order entry, and shorten order-to-ship time.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain and operations.
• Experience in B2B retail is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
• Strong organization, logical thinking, communication, collaboration, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work from the El Segundo office at least 60% of the time.
