Equipment Finance Sales Coordinator III (Financial Services)

Location: Cincinnati, OH; office-based role in the United States. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Salary: $57,000–$113,000 annual base compensation, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Coordinate with customers and sales representatives to ensure accurate documentation, timely issue resolution, and planned closings.
• Draft, revise, and negotiate transaction documents with in-house and outside counsel.
• Evaluate proposed document revisions, exercise independent judgment, and escalate matters to credit, legal, asset management, or senior leadership when needed.
• Draft and negotiate landlord waivers, collateral access agreements, subordination agreements, and no-interest letters.
• Advise complex vertical product groups, including Rail, Aircraft, Large Corporate, Syndications, and Middle Market, on transaction documentation.
• Analyze pricing, deal structure, collateral, credit, and tax components; support staff development, training, and day-to-day supervision as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of financial services experience, including 3 years of loan documentation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to analyze complex transactions, including pricing, structure, collateral, credit, and tax considerations.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and negotiate documentation with limited supervision.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
