Endpoint Engineer - Mobile

Salary: $150,000–$225,000 per year, plus discretionary performance-based bonuses and benefits.

What you will do

• Own and develop a managed iOS and Android mobile device program, including enrollment, app distribution, compliance, security controls, telemetry, and retirement.
• Troubleshoot mobile endpoint, security, and deployment issues and act as the escalation point across the organization.
• Investigate recurring problems, implement durable solutions, and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Research, test, and implement best practices for the endpoint engineering technology stack and processes.
• Educate technical and non-technical users on effective mobile workflows, tools, and security practices.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of iOS and Android device management.
• Experience provisioning, deploying, and maintaining mobile endpoints with Apple Business and an MDM platform such as Jamf Pro, Workspace ONE, or Microsoft Intune.
• Experience managing device configuration as code through Git-based workflows, CI, and progressive rollouts.
• Proficiency with Bash or Python scripting and tool development.
• Familiarity with endpoint security, identity integration such as Entra ID or Okta, and conditional access.
• Ability to design secure, scalable, business-continuous solutions and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users.

Nice to have

• Experience with carrier management, eSIM provisioning, and international roaming programs.
• Experience with Apple declarative device management, macOS or Windows management, and message archiving.
