Project Manager - Civil Site Design

What you will do

• Lead complex and high-priority civil site design and development projects across commercial, residential, industrial, sports, school, and mixed-use developments.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets while tracking progress and financial performance.
• Assemble and manage project teams, coordinate internal resources, and assign responsibilities aligned with project objectives.
• Manage contract negotiations, change requests, project risks, and strategies to minimize financial impact.
• Review technical work and project deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with contract requirements.
• Maintain client relationships, document project records, and mentor staff on project management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in site design and development.
• Project management experience covering scope, schedule, and budget control.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
