SailPoint Delivery Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Canada; remote

Salary: $70–$77 CAD per hour; 12-month full-time contract, 40 hours per week

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery for SailPoint implementation and advisory engagements.
• Manage multiple customer projects, including scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, and quality.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and provide project health, delivery performance, and customer success updates to executives.
• Partner with Sales, Account, Resource Management, Customer Success, and Delivery Leadership teams on scoping, staffing, adoption, and long-term outcomes.
• Monitor project financials, profitability, utilization, productivity, and delivery metrics.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement in delivery governance and operational practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software, SaaS, cybersecurity, IAM, or consulting organizations.
• 3+ years of project management, delivery management, or professional services leadership experience.
• Experience managing enterprise software implementation or consulting engagements.
• Experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, issues, forecasts, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong customer-facing, leadership, mentoring, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• English language proficiency is required. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, IdentityIQ, or other IAM/IGA solutions.
• Experience leading cybersecurity, identity governance, cloud transformation, or distributed delivery programs.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, ITIL, CISSP, or other relevant certifications.
• Knowledge of Identity Governance, Access Management, Provisioning, RBAC, SaaS delivery, and professional services operations.
• Experience with resource management, utilization planning, services profitability, or regulated enterprise sectors.
