Account Executive - Home Cleaning

hirify.global is a startup operating a home-services platform that coordinates cleaners, drivers, partner companies, and customers.

What you will do

• Own measurable improvements in cancellation and reschedule rates, absence rates, on-time delivery, and promise fulfilment for assigned partner accounts.
• Act as the on-ground point of contact for cleaners, drivers, and partner management.
• Visit operational sites, identify root causes, and implement fixes related to scheduling, accommodation, transportation, vehicles, and quality.
• Oversee onboarding, training, retraining, and deployment of cleaners and drivers.
• Implement central strategies and operational plans with partner companies and ensure delivery on schedule.
• Track daily metrics, build an effective operating cadence with partners, and take on larger or additional accounts as performance grows.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of field-heavy operations experience in home services, facilities management, logistics, last-mile delivery, quick commerce, or a similar environment.
• Demonstrated improvement of operational metrics across a blue-collar workforce of 20 or more people.
• Experience managing a third-party vendor or workforce without direct authority.
• Ability to read operational data, identify trends, diagnose root causes, and act on findings.
• Fluent English with working proficiency required.

Nice to have

• UAE driving licence.
• Prior UAE experience in home services, facilities management, or last-mile delivery.
