What you will do
- Lead procurement activities for a major ADNOC Offshore project throughout project execution.
- Develop procurement strategies and plans, and monitor EPC Contractor procurement performance.
- Manage strategic sourcing, vendor selection, commercial evaluations, purchase recommendations, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate procurement interfaces between ADNOC, EPC Contractors, engineering, project controls, expediting, inspection, logistics, construction, and suppliers.
- Monitor critical and long-lead equipment and materials, identify schedule risks, and recommend mitigation actions.
- Support vendor negotiations, resolve procurement issues, and maintain procurement documentation, reporting, and records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Extensive procurement and supply chain experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong experience as a Procurement Manager or Procurement Lead on major EPC or PMC projects.
- Significant experience with offshore oil and gas projects; ADNOC or ADNOC Offshore EPC or PMC experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong capabilities in strategic sourcing, procurement planning, contract negotiations, vendor management, leadership, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SAP or SAP Ariba.
- Knowledge of ADNOC procurement procedures.
- Experience with major offshore equipment, materials, and packages.
