Senior Consultant, Supply Chain, Logistics, 3PL/4PL and Contract Logistics

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end supply chain, logistics, 3PL/4PL, and contract-logistics consulting engagements from origination through delivery, implementation support, client acceptance, and closure.
• Build integrated delivery plans covering workstreams, milestones, resources, budgets, governance, reporting, and escalation protocols.
• Direct primary research and synthesize market, customer, competitor, regulatory, technology, and investment intelligence into strategic recommendations.
• Advise on supply chain strategy, logistics operating models, outsourcing and insourcing, provider selection, network design, service levels, commercial models, and performance improvement.
• Develop strategies, financial models, investment cases, KPI frameworks, and transformation roadmaps, then support execution and value realization.
• Lead executive client communication, multidisciplinary teams, commercial controls, proposals, thought leadership, and regional business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, operations, economics, business, or a related discipline; a relevant master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• 8–10+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, market intelligence, supply chain/logistics advisory, or consulting-led 3PL/4PL and contract-logistics engagements.
• Proven experience leading complex, client-facing advisory engagements with responsibility for delivery, commercial performance, risk, quality, executive communication, implementation support, and closure.
• Strong knowledge of logistics technologies and digital enablers, including transport and warehouse management systems, visibility platforms, control towers, analytics, automation, and integration.
• Strong GCC/Middle East consulting or advisory experience is preferred, with understanding of Saudi Arabia and/or UAE market dynamics.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong client-management and executive-presentation skills, and the ability to lead project teams are also required.

• Relevant master’s degree or MBA.
• Arabic-language skills.
• Experience with logistics infrastructure, freight corridors, multimodal connectivity, or land-transport interfaces.
• Established relationships with 3PL/4PL providers, contract-logistics companies, shippers, freight and technology partners, or regional decision-makers.
