Operations Manager (UAE)

Location: UAE; hybrid office-based work

hirify.global Group is expanding its offline and online presence across the GCC, particularly the UAE, and Egypt, with smart devices featuring Alice.

What you will do

• Maintain stock levels and distribution coverage across markets.
• Provide accurate operational data and act as the single source of truth for stakeholders.
• Coordinate commercial volume plans, marketing stock targets, promotions, in-store materials, and displays.
• Manage offline promoters and merchandisers, including operational standards and performance-based budgets.
• Roll out branded offline touchpoints using standardized templates and conduct quality checks.
• Support new channel and regional launches by coordinating field requirements, tracking progress, and resolving roadblocks.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in operations or project support for marketing and commercial teams.
• Experience building, standardizing, and scaling operational processes across different markets.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including early identification of deviations and execution adjustments.
• Experience with the GCC region, particularly the UAE, or a strong understanding of its regulatory, cultural, and operational environment.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in structuring data, generating insights, and reporting on operational metrics.
