What you will do
- Design equipment, workstations, and assembly lines for existing and new processes.
- Standardize implemented solutions for adoption across other processes.
- Analyze processes using value stream mapping, data analysis, and muda analysis.
- Design future-state processes and the 4M+E framework for new processes.
- Develop action plans, track implementation deadlines, and measure improvement results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Management.
- Knowledge of lean system principles, techniques, methods, and tools.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on interest in building, mechanics, and experimentation.
- Excellent command of Italian is required.
- Graduate-level profile with 0 years of experience.
