Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Monselice, Italy; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Develop and perform planned and preventive maintenance on production equipment while keeping maintenance records accurate and current.
• Train maintenance staff in machines, auxiliary equipment, and automation to build cross-functional expertise.
• Develop standard work and support the maintenance manager with continuous improvement of departmental efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis for unplanned downtime and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
• Create and update equipment specifications with the engineering team and prepare detailed technical reports.
• Ensure tools, parts, and work instructions are available for scheduled repairs while supporting HSE and mechanical and electrical safety initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance or a related technical role.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and continuous improvement practices.
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and automation systems.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to learn new technical areas.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, logic, hand-eye coordination, prioritization, time management, and flexibility.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts reliably and perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately.

• Previous manufacturing experience.
