Test Engineer (Coffee Machines)

Location: Italy

Salary: EUR 34,000–44,000 gross annual fixed compensation, plus variable compensation.

What you will do

• Plan, develop, and execute test plans and schedules with Quality Project Leaders and Test & Validation leaders.
• Perform product validation and verification testing on automatic coffee machines.
• Monitor, document, and report test results to project stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Support daily testing activities and contribute data-driven insights to project decisions.
• Review testing progress, identify risks, and communicate status within the Test & Validation organization.
• Improve test methodologies and procedures, analyze data, and translate outcomes into recommendations.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Product Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Understanding of testing, validation, or laboratory activities.
• Confidence working with data, statistics, reporting tools, Microsoft Office, and database applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a dynamic international environment.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
