Supplier Coordinator/Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the administrative lifecycle of quarterly, bi-annual, and annual supplier reviews, including collecting inputs and preparing review documentation.
• Track review actions, licence dates, contract renewals, and outstanding requirements through to completion.
• Coordinate renewal paperwork and supplier onboarding with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, TPRM, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate supplier records, vendor data-sharing registers, and audit-ready information in internal systems.
• Support DPIA tracking and apply approval controls to requests for new or extended supplier data access.
• Identify repetitive data-collection work and create templates or automation to reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• Exposure to supplier, vendor, or contract administration, ideally in a regulated or financial services environment.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
• Confidence using Excel and internal systems such as Confluence and JIRA.
• Clear, professional written and spoken communication.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to identify, escalate, and resolve ambiguous cases.
• Comfort working within structured frameworks and managing review, renewal, and compliance requirements.
