Senior Associate, Planning & Production Solutions (AI)

Location: United Kingdom - Sandwich; hybrid work with required hirify.global site presence and occasional travel to vendor sites.

What you will do

• Execute packaging, labeling, and distribution transactional tasks in clinical supply chain systems.
• Provide system and label support across EMD365, CSDS/Aeris, Clementine, Prisym360, and related platforms.
• Coordinate system-related tasks for assigned jobs and support moderately complex projects.
• Implement global standards and technologies supporting the identity and traceability of clinical trial supplies.
• Support compliance, inspection readiness, risk assessment, and project delivery.
• Evaluate processes and implement continuous improvements across enterprise systems and the operating model.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with relevant experience, or an MBA, MA, or MS with foundational relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and demonstrated project management and prioritization skills.
• Experience with clinical supply packaging, labeling, distribution, external vendors, or related areas.
• Understanding of clinical study designs and GMP documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and customer-focused listening skills.
• Demonstrated experience with AI tools or systems and the ability to learn quickly.
