Senior Consultant, Practice Management (Dutch Speaking)

What you will do

• Lead the implementation and optimization of Practice Management software solutions for accounting firms.
• Own and develop a portfolio of customer relationships across the Netherlands.
• Advise customers on business challenges, process improvement, change, and software adoption.
• Support pre-sales activities, workshops, presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities while supporting customer retention and successful product adoption.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, provide product feedback, support testing and quality assurance, and mentor less experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• Senior consulting, business consulting, or client-facing advisory experience.
• Knowledge of the Dutch Tax & Accounting market and experience with pre-sales or customer solution discussions.
• Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, presentation, facilitation, communication, commercial awareness, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate customer business processes into software solutions and manage complex engagements independently.
• Fluency in Dutch and professional proficiency in English required.
