Consultant (AI-Powered Process Automation)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; willingness to travel up to 20% for customer engagements and on-site collaboration.

Base salary: €50,000–€100,000 EUR per year, plus potential government clearance differential and discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Architect, develop, and deploy custom automation solutions across the full project lifecycle using hirify.global's low-code platform.
• Build scalable integrations and data connections with external enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and JDBC.
• Design relational data models for production environments and optimize databases through advanced SQL development.
• Deliver features in cross-functional Agile teams using sprints, stand-ups, and pair programming.
• Partner with client technical teams and business stakeholders to analyze processes, drive platform adoption, and train users.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Dutch.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in software development or technical implementation consulting.
• Experience with object-oriented programming, database design, and complex SQL queries, joins, and views.
• Ability to analyze client business processes and translate them into functional and technical system requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and support on-site customer collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or elastic container environments.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, analytics, automated test suites, and continuous integration.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow.
