Search Consultant (Wealth Management)

What you will do

• Identify, contact, and nurture prospective Registered Individuals and introduce them to the hirify.global Financial Advice proposition.
• Use email campaigns, social media, direct mail, telephone calls, and appropriate face-to-face meeting support to build the recruitment pipeline.
• Guide prospective advisers through application paperwork in collaboration with the Membership team.
• Support new advisers in preparing business plans for their applications and development.
• Maintain recruitment activity and prospect data in the Workable CRM.
• Build relationships across the business, collaborate with colleagues, and work in partnership with Risk and Compliance.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of different adviser operating models, including employed and self-employed advisers, bancassurance, and independent financial advisers.
• Good knowledge of wealth management businesses and how they operate.
• Experience building relationships quickly and effectively in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Ability to articulate a proposition and its benefits, with strong presentation skills.
• Competent IT skills, including LinkedIn and CRM systems.
• Target-driven mindset and comfort working in a pressurised environment.
