Product Software Engineering Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop two software engineering teams.
• Drive delivery of scalable, reliable, and high-quality enterprise software.
• Partner with Product Management, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and engineering stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Manage team capacity, delivery planning, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Promote Agile practices, continuous improvement, code quality, testing automation, DevOps, and modern engineering standards.
• Contribute to technical and organizational decisions while balancing product, customer, and business needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams in a product development environment.
• Strong people management, coaching, mentoring, and talent development skills.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale software products, preferably SaaS solutions.
• Understanding of modern software engineering practices, including Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience with APIs, automation frameworks, and scalable software platforms.
• Native or fluent French and strong professional English are required.
