People Generalist (AI)

Location: Remote, based in Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta, Canada. Occasional travel may be required for project or team meetings.

Salary: CAD 90,800–113,500 annually; target bonus: 12.5%.

What you will do

• Partner with HRBPs supporting GTM and Marketing functions, including program rollouts and ongoing process execution.
• Analyze headcount, attrition, performance, and other HR data to create reports, metrics, presentations, and actionable insights.
• Manage performance management cases end to end and coach managers on fair, consistent, and timely outcomes.
• Support reorganizations, job role and level assessments, annual calibration, pulse surveys, and other business-led initiatives.
• Coordinate with Talent Management, IT, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Compliance, Recruiting, Compensation, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality of HR data and projects while supporting the Global People Generalists Manager and HR leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an HR role partnering with a GTM organization.
• Strong data analysis, data storytelling, problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential issues and providing proactive employee-focused support.
• Ability to identify process gaps, improve procedures, and align HR programs with functional needs.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset who can work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
• Must be based in Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta, Canada.

• Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
