Senior PR Storyteller, Product Communications (Cybersecurity)

Location: New York, New York, United States of America; most teams work from the office full time

Annual base salary: $157,100–$254,100, with potential bonus and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Drive earned-media strategy and proactive pitching across North American business, technology, and cybersecurity publications.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling media stories and pitch angles.
• Build global PR toolkits, messaging frameworks, and pitch guides for localized campaigns.
• Lead concurrent product launches and industry moments while managing complex workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Write press content and media assets, and prepare product leaders and executives for high-stakes interviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and agency partners, set campaign KPIs, and maximize earned-media impact.

Requirements

• 12+ years of PR and communications experience focused on B2B technology or cybersecurity.
• Proven experience pitching directly and securing meaningful media coverage.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to produce high-quality content with minimal editing.
• Experience managing senior executive spokespeople and preparing product leaders for tier-one press interviews.
• Strong project management, collaboration, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, respond to breaking news cycles, manage ambiguity, and meet tight deadlines.
