Proposal Strategist, Creative Strategy (Contract-to-Hire)

What you will do

• Write, edit, and organize proposals, new business decks, case studies, and capabilities decks for PR and digital clients.
• Collaborate with account and digital teams to develop materials from initial outline through final format.
• Own proposal timelines, project milestones, and delivery deadlines.
• Refine copy to match client tone, business objectives, and pitch goals.
• Translate strategy and tactics into clear presentation slides and supporting copy.
• Monitor proposal win/loss performance and maintain templates, case studies, and digital asset drives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in public relations, creative strategy, marketing, or digital communications.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation deck-building skills.
• Understanding of PR and digital tactics, including influencer marketing, social campaigns, and integrated brand strategy.
• Experience collaborating across functions and managing multiple deadlines.
• Comfort with project management tools or practices such as Slack and Monday.
• Proficiency with Google Slides, Claude, ChatGPT, Resonate, Profound, and similar AI or research platforms.

• Experience with agency new business or strategy teams.
• Exposure to corporate and technology communications, consumer lifestyle, beauty, health and wellness, or CPG.
